They are both correct but they have slightly different meanings.
'I thought you might have forgotten me', implies that the person wasn't sure that they would have forgotten them but guessed that they might have. 'Might' makes it less certain.
'I thought you must have forgotten me', feels more as if the speaker is certain that they should've forgotten them and is surprised that they didn't.
