"subject to the Condition having been effected": I would interpret as the condition has now become the main subject or topic of the agreement because it has been effected
"only if Condition appears": I would interpret as, something is dependent on the condition showing up/appearing in the agreement.
"only if Condition doesn't appear"? I would interpret as, something is conditional/depending on the condition NOT appearing in the agreement. The condition is at now stake to not appear and is now possibly subject to change because they have been effected.

@MikhailSQ My perception is the conditions in the agreement have been effected or violated, and the consequences have maybe already or are about to take place. I say this because the sentence starts with "Nothing anything to the contrary in this agreement, but subject to the Condition having been effected..." Which is saying nothing has changed or is different about the agreement, except for the conditions because they have been effected somehow. It seems like the sentence is targeting the condition as the main subject. So maybe that person is saying it shall NOT appear, because the conditions have been altered, violated or are now subject to change. I can't get the full understanding from lack of context, but that's my perception, I may be wrong 😭.
