Both are fine, but "seal it tight" is more casual.

"TIGHTLY" is grammatically correct (since it's an adverb.. most ending in -ly. it's modifying the verb TO SEAL).
But... we've gotten lazy. people will say both.

another example is when people say I EAT HEALTHY.
it should be... I eat HEALTHFULLY (adverb.. modifying EAT).
"HEALTHY" is an adjective. But... we say it!
