Sounds really weird to me. People might say, "Actually...." and end with an upward inflection, but it is not a question. It is more like, 「実は、」as compared to 「ほんとに」

I can imagine someone saying that, and it would be natural enough in the right situation, but it's not like it's used as an expression.
"...Actually??" → 「え、実際に??」

Really? → 「本当に?」
というのに対して、
Actually? → 「え、実際に??」
というのと同じ感覚で、同じ頻度で(つまり割とまれに)使われます。
