in data, talking about location is “at”, i think “of” and “in” can be used the same most times, and “about” doesn’t really have a place where you’re looking. Hope this helps!

of = relating to, owning
"a increase of the population"
use in when it's "inside"
"there are humans in their population"
use about when its a aspect
"I like that about this newspaper."
"about this newspaper?"
at is usually for locations/time
"do this at home"
"do this at 8"
"where is it (at)?"
I can't say every single use for these words, because they are like 50% of the English grammer.
