@isthmus_x With all due respect, I don’t think ur right. The sentence appears in a published novel. And it seems to be widely used by netizens in the English world.I just didn’t make it to figure out it’s meaning, either by netizens or in the book.

Well, it just so happens that I know a little bit about French as well, and it doesn’t make any sense in that language either.

@isthmus_x it’s supposed to be a very old-fashioned word used by netizens. I googled it and was showed some memes without any explanation. Still doesn’t make any sense to me. Btw the sentence appeared in Hunger Game, which I believe u have heard about the screen adaption.

I’m afraid it’s not a very old-fashioned word used by “netizens”. I just looked it up, and easily discovered that it was from the hunger games – and that this is a well-known printing error.
It’s supposed to be – He hates me.
It’s extremely clear from the context that this is the correct reading.
The only thing that “netizens” have said about this sentence is that it is clearly a mistake – which is what I told you in my original answer.
