「に」が正解です。「で」を選ぶと非文です。
「に」は移動性の行為の帰結する先を指すため、座るという動作の帰結先として「あそこ」が示されているという構造ができあがります。
「で」は帰結先ではなく、またそれ自体は移動性とは関係なく、単純に動作が行われる地点を示します。地点なので、動きません。「あそこで座る」という日本語はおかしいので不正解ですが、強いてその文の情景を想像するなら、「ここに椅子を置いて座らないでください。椅子に座るならあそこで座ってください」という意味です。ただ、その場合は「椅子」だの「ここはだめ」だのほかの情報が提示されていることが前提条件ですので、したがいこの文の場合は「で」を選ぶと不正解です。
