It is understandable, but does not sound completely correct or natural. To improve it, I would say:
There are 4 rooms in my house including a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom.
Note that "kitchen room" is not a term we use, just kitchen.

All English sentences begin with a capital letter at the beginning of the first word. Always.
Leave a space after all interior punctuation.
Kitchen is always just “kitchen“.
