Maybe those from developing countries are satisfied with their salaries since the Korea's minimum wage is much higher than that of their countries. But many Korean employees may want a higher salary because almost everthing in Korea is expensive. And regardless of nationality, generally, it's hard that employees are perfectly satisfied with their salaries since it's a human nature that everyone wants more money. Aren't Bulgarian workers the same in this regard? I know some Bulgarians who have migrated to Western European countries for a higher salary. Money talks in all countries.

It's a difficult question to answer because it's generally almost impossible that people are completely satisfied with their salaries no matter how much they make. Everyone wants more money even if they objectively get paid pretty much. Who doesn't like to make more money?
I agree with the answer above. As for the people from the countries where their average wage & minimum wage are much lower than Korea, they want to work in Korea. So there are a lot of foreigners working in Korea. Some of them are working illegally. Some people from some developing countries say that it's common to give brokers much money to find a way to go to Korea. Hence, in my opinion, whether or not someone is satisfied with their salary abroad can be closely related to their nationality and labor intensity as well.
