Hello there. Let's say that there's a regular table and chair setting and I go and sit on the chair. Now in this situation if someone asks where are you should I reply with "I'm sitting at the table. " Even though technically I'm not on the table plz?

Yes, you sit "at the table." It works for desks as well.
