It sounds pretty much the same to me. "I don't get pleasure" could sound like the person saying he doesn't have "pleasure" or doesn't understand pleasure, but I believe they can both be used the same way. "I get no pleasure" from this at all, or "I don't get pleasure" from this at all. I hope I make sense!

No difference in meaning. One of the ways that "I get no pleasure" is often said is when doing something that someone doesn't like, so that the listener/reader will not think badly of you. For example, when a parent is punishing a child, he might say "I get no pleasure from this, but it's for your own good."
