To pull away—.
“She pulled away from him”. — if she was in his arms and separated herself from him— that would be “pulled away”
“The car pulled away from the curb”—-that would mean driving away

To drift away—/
“she drifted away”— that means that her interest in that person isn’t strong. We use this expression when our thoughts or interest is in something else
“The boat drifted away”. —-the boat slowly goes away from its place, the cause could be the wind or current

“Move away”. That can mean moving away from one apartment to another, or one neighborhood or city or country to another
It usually implies a cause, otherwise you could say “I am moving”
“I am moving away from this neighborhood because it is too expensive.”

“Withdraw From”. —one can withdraw from a competition, a chess game, membership
“I am withdrawing my bid for the title”

“Slip away “. —-that expression is used when someone leaves a place, room, a party, or even a person— it implies a quiet departure, an imperceptible departure, leaving without anyone noticing “ she quietly slipped away into the night”
