Fuzz and fluff are very similar. Fluff might more often refer to the softness of fur, hair, pillows, blankets that are dense. Fuzz is lighter, such as the skin of a peach or the tiny hairs on a baby’s head.

@BenLovesEnglish a dog or cat with long fur, pillows, blankets (especially ones that are made to look like animal fur) are things I would describe as fluffy because they have more hair/stuffing (that is what I mean by dense) than something that is just fuzzy. It’s just my opinion though.
