Родинка на глазу - лучше сказать родинка на лице , возле глаза . Родинка в глазу - это вообще не правильно

"I have a mole on an eye" means that a mole is located on skin of his or her eye.
"I have a mole in my eye"-means that someone has it right in the white of his eye.I sounds tremendously strange to have a mole in an eye.
