『口に出してこそ言わない』の『てこそ』の意味は何でしょうか？『てこそ』の意味を理解したいと思いますので、日本語の言い換えがあれば、大丈夫です。
文：『お前は口に出してこそ言わないがお前の体も既にこれ以上の酷使に耐えられないほど低下してるに違いない。』
『口に出してこそ言わない』の『てこそ』は『親になってこそ、親の気持ちや親の大変さが分かる。』の『てこそ』と同じ意味かどうかは分かりません。

こそ is a 係助詞 which limit a scope and emphasize it. て is usually used to connect a verb and こそ.
Of course, it is same to てこそ in 親になってこそ.
In 口に出してこそ言わない, the negated thing is only 口に出す, so he/she expressed it in another methods.

こんな感じです。
「こそ」がなくても意味は通じますが、つけることで「口に出す」を強調できます。
親になってこその「こそ」も同じく強調です。
