実際に、と使うのは少し堅苦しいので必要ないと思います。
日本語で話すの初めてだから、うまく話せなかったらごめんね。
とかでしょうか‥。(「使う」という言葉が、「話す」という文脈で使われているのかはわかりませんが‥)
