One of the possible changes that may have contributed to this situation is the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. The abysmal job market, the frequent lockdown, the fear of virus, all the side effects of the pandemic are affecting people’s mood. With the exception of impact of the COVID-19 outbreak, there are also many reasons for psychological distress: loneliness, difficulties in work, school, marital relationships, family factors, physical disabilities, harassment, and so on… Or maybe the climate changes and the declining purchasing power.
