@studiousboy I see others have answered this correctly, but I wanted to add one additional comment.
There is an order in which adjectives follow in English, which (in my experience) is actually unknown to most English speakers and is just intuitive after native immersion.
In the first case you gave, it would be grammatically correct, but would imply something else about the teacher. If you said someone was an "English online teacher", you would be saying that he or she is an online teacher, who happens to be English (from England). Generally, the closer an adjective is to the noun, the more central it is to what you are trying to communicate about the noun.
So for "English online teacher", it would be interpreted as an online teacher. And then, as an extra layer, it would be understood that this online teacher is from England.
