When I want to ask the other person if they’ve had their own family, such as their husband, their children, not their mom or dad, which question will sound the most natural?
1. Do you have a family of your own?

I would say 1.
3 would only be natural in a situation where a couple has recently gotten married, you know that, and you want to ask if they have a baby. It’d also be a little more natural to add “yet” at the end.
Have you (guys) started a family yet?
But I think in that case, it’s probably even more common to just say “do you have kids”.
