The first one is not Grammatically correct. Instead, you would say "I didn't notice him leaving" the second one is grammatically correct. Both mean the same thing.

@joe1888 There isn’t really a difference. A native speaker would probably say “I didn’t notice him leaving” before they would say the second option. But other than that, they mean the exact same.
