Yesterday I tried ラーメン for the first time, and liked it a lot. I would like to learn to cook it. Could somebody give me a recipe of real ramen, just as you would cook it in Japan, but using ingredients that I can find easily in Spain (like wakame, tofu, shitake, rice noodles, bamboo shoots...)?

Ayer probé por primera vez el ラーメン, y me encantó. Me gustaría aprender a hacerlo. ¿Me podrías dar una receta de verdadero ramen, tal y como lo prepararías tú en Japón, pero usando ingredientes que pueda encontrar fácilmente en España (como wakame, tofu, shitake, rice noodles, bamboo shoots...)?
