@Aksually I eat healthy foods that are all unprocessed? Is it better? I found it in a book. It really got me confused.

"I eat healthy, unprocessed foods."
Just jam the two adjectives together with a comma and you're good.

you could say “all the foods i eat are healthy and unprocessed” or “i eat healthy, unprocessed foods”
