Since learning is a life-time process, teachers have to plant seeds of the love of knowledge and water them day by day in order to become flowers one day. Can someone help me make this better?

Learning is a lifelong* process. (Spans the length of one’s lifetime)
A good teacher lovingly plants the seeds of curiosity, which will one day sprout into a beautiful garden.

Some plant vocabulary for you to re-word this however you want.
When flowers open up, the verb for that action is “blooming”.
“So that one day those flowers might radiantly bloom”
When a particular flower or plant has a season, we say it’s “in bloom”.

Another verb for it is “blossoming”, which for me always sounds much more ornate and has a flowery sound to it.
When you plant a seed, it becomes a sprout. There’s even an emoji for it: 🌱.
