I can't think of an example where you would use the possessive ('s) with a body part.

It's usually best to avoid the possessive with objects, but we do it on rare occasions.
❌ My car's bottom is dirty.
✅ The bottom of my car is dirty.
✅ My car's engine needs repair
✅ My car engine needs repair.
✅ The engine in my car neds repair.
An exception is a country or other place, maybe because it is a collection of people.
✅ Canada's main export is crude oil
✅ There have been many problems with Ottawa's new transit system.
