How do you say this in English (US)? Sounds native?
Usage of sentence is correct or not?
(1) please hurry up! I gotta go to get the bike fuel tank refilled.
(2) please hurry up! I gotta go to get the fuel tank refilled.

Remove the fuel tank from first sentence. And instead of refilled use refueled.
I would also change the phrase before exclamation mark depending upon situation.

Please hurry up! I need to get the/my motorbike refueled.

Or, if I know them as equal and friends:
Man/Bro hurry up! I gotta get my bike refueled.

Both sentences use too many words. It is better to simplify, IMO.
(1) Please hurry up! I have to get the bike (fuel) tank refilled.
(2) Please hurry up! I have to get the fuel tank refilled.
Personally, I think you need "bike" in the second sentence, unless previous conversation with this person made it clear which fuel tank refilled.
In the first sentence, you can say "fuel" or leave it out. Most people would leave it out.
