最初の口調から続けるならば
「もう6歳になったんだから、そろそろ服くらい自分で着れるでしょ！」
「もう6歳でしょ？もう自分で服くらい着れるよね？」
口語では「など」はあまり使いません。
服など→服くらい、服なんかは
着る年になる→着れる

（自分で）って強調すると、（着る）の意志のニュアンスが弱くなる気がします。

着れる年、の可能の形にした方が良いと思います。
本人の意思とは関係なく。
そちらが自然だからです。
〜する年/頃/時期、は文法的には間違っていませんが意味が異なります。
可能にしないなら、「〜するのに相応しい(ふさわしい)年/頃/時期」という意味になるからです。
例えば
「そろそろ、種まきをする頃だ」
「もうじき、学校へ行く年齢だ」
「食べる時期はもう過ぎた」
服を着るのに相応しい年、はおかしいですよね。そういうことです。
