@DangYeonSim good hands means someone who will take care of something, not let any damage happen to it, or let it do any damage.
Examples.
The children's aunt is babysitting them, so we know they are in good hands.
The best weapon can't fall into the wrong hands or we will lose.
The magical key is in good hands, he won't lose it.

"Good hands" means someone trusted to handle a situation. Usually in a good way, but I think your example comes with some sarcasm
