If you get something going it just means to start doing whatever it is.
Same meaning as "get this started" "get it moving" etc.

Ah I see. it'd be more like "Get that energy moving", but I think what they mean is "Get excited" or similar.
It's more of a phrase telling you to keep it up and (in this context) keep your energy/passion to learn high.
