@joe1888 you could say:
I have multiples of this shirt
or
I have this same shirt in multiple colors (if that is the case)
or
I have 3 of the same shirts

You can't say "I have a lot of 'one t-shirts'".
"I have one t-shirt". 티셔츠 한 개 있어요.
"I have a lot of t-shirts"/ I have several t-shirts". 티셔츠 많아요.
Or you can say "I only have one t-shirt". 티셔츠 한 개밖에 없어요.

One shirt means you only have 1. If you have several shirts you have 2 or 3. If you have a lot of shirts you have more than 4.

@joe1888@joe1888 "I have several of these t-shirts" is right.
You can also say:
"I have more than one of this t-shirt"
"I have a lot of these t-shirts"

@joe1888 In these examples, you can use them interchangeably. But if you switch "these" in "this" in the sentences I showed you, it will sound less natural.
Expect for "I have a lot of this shirt". That sounds weird.
Even if the shirt are the same, you're still talking about more than one, so you should say "these" with "shirts" and "this" with "shirt".
I wouldn't worry about it too much. People will understand you, regardless

@joe1888 an english speaker would understand what you mean. A more natural way would be "I have a lot of this same shirt"
