No hay diferencia! "Anteontem" es la versión más corta de "antes de ontem". Las dos palabras están correctas y son mucho usadas. =)

Estoy de acuerdo en que pueden significar lo mismo, pero creo que "antes de ontem" también sugiere que podría ser cualquier fecha antes de ayer, podría haber sucedido cualquier día que no fuera ayer, y "anteontem" se refiere ESPECÍFICAMENTE a anteayer.

@HappyKlown Claro, já é outra coisa, mas sim "há x dias" tá certo, é o mesmo que "hace x días"

Antes de ontem= no es sinónimo de anteayer.
Anteontem= es algun día del pasado
Si uno quiere hablar anteayer, lo más usual es decir "anteontem.
Anteontem , fui à escola. Ontem e hoje não teve aula
Antes de ontem, eu não sabia o que era o amor.
O mais usual para falar de "anteayer" é anteontem.

@SIGARCEZ uma pergunta, o "tinha" é como "Había" mas no espanhol? exemplo mas no portugues "tinha uma pessoa em minha casa", esa pergunta está correcta? só que escrevi "había una persona en mi casa" mas no portugues

En español, es distinto el uso de terner y haber.
tener = poseer
haber = existir
En portugués, sí que tenemos ter/(tener) y haver(haber). . Sin embargo, utilizamos el TER para decir todo.
Tu ejemplo; "había una persona en mi casa", se dice: "Tinha uma pessoa na minha casa"
Es incorrecto decir: " Havia uma pessoa na minha casa."? .
No! No lo es! Es correcto, pero mucho más formal que el uso del TER.

En portugués:
1- HAVER = EXISTIR (F0RMAL)
Há muita gente na minha casa
2- TER = existir
Tinha muita gente na minha casa.
3- TER = POSSUIR
Tenho muitos amigos.
El número 2 sería incorrecto en español, verdad?
