It's tricky to evaluate the middle two sentences. Terms like "streaming hours", "second place in our talent agency", "speaking of at someone's own pace" are hard to understand without context.
Below are the ones where I'm sure of your meaning.

N: But when he talks, he's *so* avant-garde! haha!
Y: Yeah, he's unique. But he seems friendly and easy to talk with at the same time, or maybe just it seems like he honestly communicates with people.

(This one I don’t fully understand what you are trying to convey) H: Speaking of someone’s pace, F is also at his own pace. (Or, did you know that F is also at his own pace?)
N: His topic is extremely radical. Haha
Y: He is different. I feel that he is friendly and easy talk to.
