Question about English (US)
Could you please proofread my writing and tell me if it sounds natural?
I would appreciate it if you could correct it using common phrases and spoken language.
Y: I was surprised that he asked some members of us to collaborate, even in the midnight.
N: His streaming hours is so long, you know? The first place is U, so it's probably the second place in our talent agency.
H: However, speaking of at someone's own pace, F is also at his own pace, you know?
N: But his talk theme is astonishingly avant-garde. Ha ha.
Y: He has a unique aspect, you know? However, I feel like he is friendly and easy to talk at the same time, or like he honestly communicates with people.

It's tricky to evaluate the middle two sentences. Terms like "streaming hours", "second place in our talent agency", "speaking of at someone's own pace" are hard to understand without context.
Below are the ones where I'm sure of your meaning.
Y: I was surprised he asked some of us to collaborate even though it was midnight.
N: But when he talks, he's *so* avant-garde! haha!
Y: Yeah, he's unique. But he seems friendly and easy to talk with at the same time, or maybe just it seems like he honestly communicates with people.

Some of these sentences are a bit hard to understand. I will try my best to reword them.
Y: I was surprised that he asked some of our members to collaborate in the middle of the night.
N: Did you know that his streaming hours are really long? U got the first place, so he probably got the second place in our talent agency.
(This one I don’t fully understand what you are trying to convey) H: Speaking of someone’s pace, F is also at his own pace. (Or, did you know that F is also at his own pace?)
N: His topic is extremely radical. Haha
Y: He is different. I feel that he is friendly and easy talk to.
Hope that helps.
