"reckless" is the most common word by far. "rash" and "foolhardy" are fancier words that I would not use to describe a driver. But they all mean the same thing.

@dkirs they are not commonly used. they are more fancy. You could say "rash" or "foolhardy" and people would understand you but you would sound a little strange.
