Is “probably” correct in this sentence? If so why it’s correct even though “will” indicate a 100% possibility of something happening

He has been hurt or needs surgery and treatment can only occur at a hospital. He will need to become a patient at a hospital in order to receive treatment.

When used together with probably, “will” does not indicate 100% certainty.
In fact, in most cases probably is used together with “will” or “will not.”

@joe1888 I understand how it could be confusing, but in this case, “will” does not indicate 100%. It is simply not grammatically correct to remove “will” from the sentence.
“He probably have to go to the hospital” is not grammatically correct in English.
“Will” indicates that going to the hospital is something that will likely happen in the future.
If the sentence was in past tense, however, “will” would no longer be necessary.
“He probably had to go to the hospital.”
