@dkirs Yes, those are interchangeable in most situations. I think the first one (“affable”) is less common, but it’s perfectly correct.

Yes. All three are correct. “Treating somebody well” could mean more than “being nice” depending on the context. In other words, “treating someone well” could mean more than just being nice/affable/polite. But there are also situations where it basically means the same thing.
Ex.
-What do you think about John?
-Yeah, he’s really nice. He enjoys treating people well.
