I would say "The vase was placed in a dangerous spot" since unsafe and precariously isn't used often in that way 😊

@dkirs It's possible to use it but in conversation it's not used much maybe in books or text! But if you told someone "It was put in a precarious place" it might confuse them

Yep! If your talking to someone you could say that! It's just more common to use unsafe or dangerous since most children and some adults don't understand that 😉

@Hannahlovesnoodles then, if I am talking to myself or in my notebook, I would use precarious or precariously?
but if I talk to somebody ,I would use: risky or unsafe spot/place to be understood better , but they can be used the same anyway?
