@Patricia_Sky I've been Googling and I don't think that's known slang, it might be something specific to the game or the character, or a mistake. I would probably interpret it as "she always does something good for me".

That is not a proper sentence. Spiffy means "well-dressed", so if you remove the "a", "he sets me up spiffy" could mean "he makes me look attractive/fashionable". It would still not be a natural sentence.

@Patricia_Sky I've found that Kano is Australian and in Australian slang, "spiffy" basically means "great". So I'd go with my interpretation. Basically from context he's happy with her and thinks she's worth the price.
