There is no absolute answer to this question, of course, since it depends on many things. What your native language is, what other languages you already know, how activley you practice, if you're in Sweden or abroad....
But I believe that for someone like you, who has Italian as their native language and already speaks English - it is absoluetly possible to become fluent within a year if you practice actively. After all, Swedish, English and Italian all have the same origin - Indoeuropean. And English and Swedish are both Germanic, so knowing one definitely helps with the other!😊
