If I replace "on" with "of" in the phrase "Detailed information on priority areas", is it okay?

On is stronger than of. Of is more general, a bit less focused. I don't think anyone would really notice the difference - in a reader's mind, he/she will interpret as "on priority areas." Since this a priority area, I would leave it as "on." You may get different answers to this question.

@WiseRichard The content above is a part of the eligible condition file which mentioned about how to apply for Australian scholarship. I usually see "of" is used to connect two nouns together but "on" was done in that article. This is the reason why I want to ask whether "of" can be used instead of "on"

Ah, I see. And you bring up a good point. When you have a general, limited knowledge, you use of. For example, "I have only a limited knowledge of Vietnamese history, " But if I were a an expert in Vietnamese history - a college professor or so, - I would say something. "I am an an authority on Vietnamese history."
It sounds like whoever wrote that application felt strongly about that topic. That fact in itself is revealing about the writer.
