Megatron said this to his minion since 2:03 as he says his work's been substandard / below the standard in this video:

Does it mean "You should check yourself (for what he has done)"?

Normally speaking though outside if this context it means to be careful because someone might stab you in the back

@perryfrimps14 This is my last question, i won't bother you anymore after this one:
Since 6:37 in this video, Starscream said "You know, it might just be time for a new leader for the Decepticons."

I guess "You know" mean he's talking to himself since he's alone, no one else around him. And "You know" doesn't have any other meaning but "You know" in this case?

In this case you know of itself doesn't mean anything, it's kind of like um or uh, used as a pause before he continues with what he is saying. The writers are using it to show some personality and soften up what he is saying I suppose

But it's used a lot in informal settings to as a pause or when you are tryomg to think of what to say (sometimes)

@perryfrimps14 Ah, i see. It mean nothing or it mean "Yes, uhm, that's right" or something like that as he's talking to himself.

"Be careful" (because someone might try to hurt you)
"You Know" are words that act like fillers. It doesn't mean anything specific.
