What does Chandler and Ross were sitting on the couch, then two guys came: the 1st said: "Hey! This is our seat" The 2nd guy said: "Hey! We were sitting there"
Then chandler said: "there's one more way to say it, who knows it?''

To say, “This is my seat” or “I was sitting here” are two different, but common ways of saying the same thing. The two other guys obviously wanted Chandler and Ross to leave. (Did the other guys look taller or stronger?)
Instead of focusing on who had the right to sit there (most likely the other two guys), Chandler and Ross intentionally “changed the topic” to focus on their limited English or communicational skills. And, let’s keep in mind that Ross is a paleontology professor at NYU while Chandler does statistical analysis and data reconfiguration.
Chandler and Ross were trying to outsmart the other two guys and perhaps make them feel somewhat inferior. (I guess the other two guys were right.)
“To be continued…” means this is not the end of the episode OR the argument because they could have ended up fighting the two guys to keep their seats.
