They’re both correct sentences, usually, the only difference in word placement is what you want to emphasize. In “give me my money back” i would assume you’re emphasizing that it’s YOUR money, by putting “my” before money. While in “give me back my money” you’re not highlighting that it’s your money before asking for its back.
