You could either say "It's about time she got a job" or "It's about time she gets a job."
Because "she" is 3rd person singular, the present tense form is "gets":

One note. "It's about time..." is a phrase that triggers the subjunctive, and the subjunctive would use "get", not "gets". There aren't many native speakers in US that are taught the subjunctive, but you may still hear it. So if you hear "It's about time she get a job", they are correctly using the subjunctive and it is not a mistake. But it is not common.
