A little unnatural
It's correct English, but generally the word 'sorrow' is only used in poetic, dramatic settings like in novels, and not really used commonly in everyday language. That's why it sounds a bit odd to me.
Something like "I'm really sad about something and I can't get over it" would be more natural.
