Personally I don't eat breakfast that often.
But if i do have it... I mostly have cereal. if i don't have any cereal then I'll have some toast and a banana 😊

okay so for lunch I'll have pasta, a sandwich or a jacket potato with salad.
And for dinner I'll have rice or pasta with a sauce... a roast dinner...fajitas or enchiladas... shepherds pie... stir fry... or maybe lasagne or spaghetti and meatballs

I can tell you what I ate today.
For breakfast I had cereal, for lunch I had some tomato soup with bread soaked in it, and for dinner my family had a BBQ and I had tofu and vegetable kebabs. I also had a packet of crisps as a snack mid-morning :)

@maxheart_2005 yes, but it's not that popular among people who aren't vegetarian or vegan, you can only find it in supermarkets in the vegetarian section :)
