No, It doesn't have a dangerous feeling. It's just maybe they really don't like being around people. Loner sounds like they don't have anyone they feel comfortable with and like being alone

Thanks hanayura for answering my question. When someone is referred to as being anti-social, does it also imply he doesn't just like social life, but also could be dangerous or do some harm to society ?
