El primero
Nunca decimos "son claros"
Y hablando de "son", cuando se habla del cielo en el contexto del clima, se habla en singular, ya que sólo hay uno solo; entonces sería: "El cielo está despejado"
He escuchado canciones donde dicen "los cielos"... creo haber escuchado... pero es incorrecto; la razón quizás sea literaria o metaforica
Y está la expresión "Oh cielos" y "Oh, por todos los cielos", pero sólo son expresiones y no estás hablando del clima
