I have heard it both ways. Personally, I use "dried", but "dry" is also correct.

@Petricore Do you mean “dry beans” as in the difference between bagged (dry) or canned (wet) beans? There may be a cultural split here, but I am not sure

Basically, it seems “dried” is good for when you’re talking about beans that have been intentionally dried (as it appears true for the photo you sent since it seems the bag has been vacuum sealed) and “dry” is good for when you’re talking about the difference between bagged and canned beans

@sonoelisabetta ah yes, I wanted to distinguish them from the canned beans, I understand it's ok to use "dry" in this case. Thank you for the help :)

this company advertises their products as "dried", so I'd say that's the safer way to explain these little beans 😁
