I'd say first conditional. It's usually in sentences that describe what you think is most likely to happen.

Unless it rains, I plan to spend the whole day outside.
She'll probably leave in an hour or so, unless the weather turns bad. Then she might wait a bit longer until the storm passes.
Unless you have thousands of dollars with you right now, I doubt you could afford it.
