Present perfect continuous tense expresses something that began in the past, is still continuing till today, and is not yet done or completed. “have/has been” is used to express this.
For example,
“I have been exercising every week.”
“She has been ill since Monday.”
Present continuous tense expresses something that you are doing right now at the time of speaking. “am/is/are + (-ing form of a verb)” is used to express this.
For example,
“I am exercising now.”
“They are watching a movie.”
“She is feeling unwell.”
