@branduhn "Sick" is definitely used by younger people.
Mainly teenagers and people in their early to mid 20's
It's also not something you'd say in a formal situation to your boss or teacher. I'd say it's appropriate to use on friends and strangers
If you want to keep the same "vibe" as sick, you can also say "rad", "sweet", "cool", "wicked", "awesome", and "gnarly".
If you want something more "appropriate", you can just simply say "cool" or "awesome".

"I'm looking at you."
Off the top of my head, this can mean a couple different things.
It can be literal.
"What are you looking at?"
"I'm looking at you."
It could also be said jokingly/angrily. Maybe somebody screwed up, and it's a way to jokingly or angrily call somebody out on it.
"It seems that SOMEBODY (said with emphasis) ate a cookie before dinner."
"..."
"Yeah, I'm looking at you." (because they know it was you)
---------
"I'm watching you."
This could be said jokingly or as a threat..
"Don't mess up! I'm watching you!" (said with a smile or laugh)
"Don't even think for one second that you're going to get away with this. I'm watching you." (said seriously, maybe with a glare)

@rocotoc That’s very helpful. Thank you! With “movies” and “games”, you Americans only say “watch” instead of “look at” or “see”, right?
He likes watching movies.
He’s watching the game.
He likes watching movies.
He’s watching the game.

@branduhn
No problem!
Yes, if you are watching a movie or game, those are perfectly said. 😄
"He likes looking at movies."
"He’s looking at the game."
These two imply that you are only watching for a short period of time, which isn't what people normally do.
"He likes seeing movies."
"He’s seeing the game."
While I don't think these are wrong, they sound unnatural to me.
